Satt

“Satt” is a performative video work by Isabelle Konrad that explores the condition of not being heard. Its starting point lies in political and social discourses surrounding climate change and social justice – shaped by endless words, empty promises, and a lack of consequences. The work addresses the powerlessness of having only language as a means of resistance while real tools for action are missing. Between frustration, censorship, and speechlessness, it creates an image of collective overwhelm caused by stagnation and the refusal to listen.
